Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Important:
At this time, we do NOT ship to the following states:

  • Utah (UT)

  • Idaho (ID)

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be automatically canceled and refunded.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
